Responsibilities

The Senior Risk Management Professional will design, deliver and drive internal compliance measures through the implementation of operational policies and procedures which ensure adherence to all new and changing legislation at state and federal levels.

  • Communicate, track and implement state and federal legislative and regulatory guidelines

  • Develop detailed implementation project plans in accordance with departmental standards

  • Facilitate work groups, utilizing documentation standards within the Legislation Regulation and Requirements Database.

  • Reviewing documentation for compliant Policies and Procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or 2 years of equivalent technical experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid, and/or legislative/regulatory

  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree

  • Understanding of Corporate Policies & Procedures

  • Experience with Enterprise Solution Point (ESP)
